About the Prints for Wildlife Photographer: Alice Péretié

Alice: "I’ve always felt at home on the African continent, and being there has continuously inspired me to find ways in which to (re)connect people and nature. As a photographer, writer and conservationist, I love exploring how the arts can draw us back to our ecology - our home."

"Photography for me is a form of philosophy, and so too is storytelling. We create, we see different things, we learn and understand. It’s been a way for me to intertwine appreciation for wildlife and human life, to shed light on incredibly beautiful projects, and support them through both storytelling and fine art print sales."

"I truly believe that change starts from within, and anything that helps us gain different perspectives, and to ask questions, will enact shifts in values which will then guide where we put our energy. Art is such a wonderful way to start a gentle conversation around topics that can often be quite politicised or emotionally charged."

"A few months ago, my partner and I launched a company, The Odysseia Collection, inspired by 'the Odyssey', a beautiful song of homecoming, and we specialise in meaningful safaris, content creation and creative tuition, supporting conservation through each of these three pillars. We want to raise awareness and help people reconnect with themselves as they reconnect with nature - it's about going back to the roots!"
